Wayland recorded 19 property transfers between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, with 12 disclosing a sale price ranging from $720,000 to $2,625,000 and a median of $1,185,000. The month's top sale was 85 Highland Circle at $2,625,000, sold by Jeremy and Carolyn Hastings to Kai Vernstrom. Sales were spread across town with no single street recording more than one transaction, and prices split evenly across tiers above and below $1.5 million.
