Twenty Wayland Deeds Recorded as Disclosed Sale Prices Range to $2.6 Million

Wayland recorded 20 property deeds between July 24 and Aug. 22, but only nine disclosed a sale price, ranging from $722,000 to $2,625,000 with a median of $1,150,000. With price disclosure limited to under half of all filings, the data offers a partial picture of Wayland's market tone this period.
