Chair Carol B. Martin floated a 6:30 p.m. first-article start, with preliminaries at 6:15, arguing it could trim 40 minutes and finish the warrant in one night; Vice-Chair Doug Levine pressed for 6:15 on the warrant cover, saying residents "would prefer to start earlier." Member William Whitney warned an earlier start is "more difficult for working people." The board also confirmed Kelly Lappin, Susan Weinstein and Leslie Stewart to three committees on a 4-0 vote and approved a time-sensitive consent item 3-0-1, with Anne Brinsley abstaining.
