The board also approved a $47,570.20 December bill warrant, voted unanimously to send a letter supporting the St. Anne's of Good Shepherd Parish affordable housing project — now pursuing a 40B comprehensive permit with a $250,000 commitment from the Wayland Housing Trust — and approved a roughly $1,400 first-year budget in concept for the new Bent Park Resident Council after Chair Susan Weinstein flagged arithmetic errors and an ineligible refreshments line.
