NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN The four highest-priced sales were each on separate streets, Highland Circle, Griffin Circle, Draper Road, and Jeffrey Road, indicating that upper-end demand was distributed across Wayland's residential neighborhoods rather than concentrated in a single corridor.

At mid-range, 225 W. Plain St. sold March 17 for $645,000 to Haven Construction Management LLC, purchased from Frances X. Hogan.
