Wayland home sales top $1.9 million in top deal as month brings 17 recorded transfers
The South Middlesex Registry of Deeds recorded 17 Wayland property transfers between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12. Eleven listed sale prices ranging from $720,000 to $1,975,000, with a median of $1,190,000. The top sale was 21 Jeffrey Rd at $1,975,000, sold by Robin and Mats Borgestedt to Jeffrey Rd Wayland MA LLC. Six transfers, including two involving the same Wisteria Way condo unit on the same day, moved property among family members or into family trusts without a disclosed price. Sales were spread evenly across price tiers, with no single street or neighborhood dominating disclosed-price transactions this period.
