Wayland Home Sales Span $635,000 to Nearly $2 Million as Half of September Deeds Await Recorded Prices
Wayland recorded 20 property transfers between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26. Of those, 10 carried a sale price, ranging from $635,000 to $1,975,000, with a median of $862,500; the other 10 have not yet shown a price in registry data, typical of the registry's reporting lag rather than any withholding. The month's top sale was 21 Jeffrey Rd at $1,975,000, sold to an LLC. Notably, every price-pending transfer this period involved a transfer within the same family or into a family trust, while every priced sale involved a change of ownership to an unrelated buyer.
