WAYLAND -- February 13, 2024, Wayland ZBA continues all four cases as snowstorm shutters town building. Chair Joshua Wernig gaveled in at 7:01 p.m. Feb. 13 and, with the building closed, moved continued applications at 23B Bayfield Road (Henry McClain for owners Elizabeth Demers and Ralph Palmeier), 9 Wayside Road (Garrett and Pamela Stephen) and 14 Hill Street (Karen Talwar, with architect Ralph Kilfoyle) to Feb. 20 at 7 p.m. Owner Corey Welford's 26 White Road deck expansion was pushed to March 12 because of school vacation week. "This week is just a mess with this snowstorm," applicant Pamela Stephen told the board. The ZBA also unanimously accepted minutes from its September, October, November and December 2023 meetings before adjourning roughly 12 minutes after it began.
