WAYLAND — January 5, 2026 — Wayland Finance Committee targets a 34-page cut to the 2026 Town Meeting warrant. Chair P. Giudice set a goal of trimming the warrant from 139 pages to 105 and shrinking the committee's own report from 15 pages to eight to 10, capping standard
