Meeting on Feb. 8 began at 4:20 p.m. and adjourned into executive session at 4:22 p.m. on a 3-0 roll call of members Aaron Gibbons, Jeannie Downs and Chris Ryan, citing M.G.L. Chapter 30A, Section 21(a)(3) for litigation strategy that could have a "detrimental effect on the litigating position" of the committee if discussed openly. The members were joined behind closed doors by Kevin Bresnahan and attorneys identified only as Carol and Maureen. The committee declined to take up executive session minutes from Jan. 4 and Jan. 9, and stated it would not reconvene in open session.
