Design Review board approves June minutes in brief 3-0 vote

WAYLAND — July 24, 2024 — Wayland's Design Review Advisory Board approved its June 6 minutes 3-0 and adjourned with no other business. Chair William Sterling, Robin Borgestedt and Tatiana Person cast the unanimous votes; Borgestedt and Person said they had not attended the prior meeting but had no objections to the record. Sterling told members the Planning Board, on which he also serves, had begun reviewing a townwide application fee rewrite that will set a dedicated charge for design review submissions, though applicants already paying a fee under another permit would be exempt. "There's no reason to schedule a meeting yet until something else comes up," Sterling said. No next meeting was set.
