WAYLAND — July 24, 2024 — Wayland Design Review Board approves June minutes 3-0 in brief meeting with no pending business. Members Robin, Tanya and Bill cleared the June 6 minutes by roll-call vote, with no public comment offered and two of the three members noting they had not attended the prior session. The chair reported that the Planning Board began reviewing a townwide fee schedule revision the night before, drafted by a staff member identified as Robert, that will set application fees specifically for design review filings. Projects already paying a fee through another town application would be exempt from a separate design review charge. With no applications pending, the chair said no further meeting would be scheduled until new business arises.
