Wayland Conservation Commission delays 24 School Street townhouse decision amid legal dispute

WAYLAND — May 3, 2023 — Wayland Conservation Commission punts 24 School Street townhouse fight to May 24. The board voted 7-0, with Luke Legere recused, to continue the hearing after attorneys for developer Chris D'Antonio and abutter George Bernard exchanged letters hours before the meeting over whether an eight-year-old wetlands resource area delineation must be redone.
