WAYLAND — September 24, 2024 — Wayland building committee approves community center change order but disputes a quiet four-month deadline slip. The Permanent Municipal Building Committee on Tuesday recommended approval of Change Order No. 4 at $97,273.67 — covering roughly $64,000 of heavy interior demo, solar conduit, added fire-alarm smoke devices and display-cabinet tweaks — on the condition that no general conditions costs attach to the new Feb. 11 substantial completion date.
