Members rated Town Administrator Louise Miller 4.5 out of 5 in her first review, with Vice-Chair Doug Levine flagging communications as the key "growth area" and member Lee Anderson saying staffing shortfalls were "not fair" to her or taxpayers. The board voted 4-1, Chair Cherry Carlson opposed, to move the Finance Committee warrant workshop to Jan. 22, and appointed Victoria Mintz to the Audit Committee and Richard Lee to the Cultural Council.
