Wayland recorded 18 property transfers between Sept. 11 and Oct. 10. Seven carried a sale price, ranging from $635,000 to $1,975,000, with a median of $1,100,000; the other 11 have no price on file yet, which usually appears within about a week. The period's top sale was 21 Jeffrey Rd at $1,975,000, sold to an LLC. Eleven of the 18 transfers involved matching or related seller and buyer names, consistent with trust or family transfers. With more than half the recorded sales still unpriced, the data shows steady transaction volume but an incomplete picture of actual price levels for the period.
