Wayland recorded 18 property transfers between Sept. 18 and Oct. 17, with 11 carrying sale prices ranging from $590,000 to $5 million and a median of $875,000. The period's top transaction was a $5 million sale of 188 Commonwealth Road, from Royal Wayland RE LLC to Commonwealth Road LLC and Commonwealth Road II LLC. Seven transfers lacked recorded prices, and six of those involved the same individuals as both seller and buyer, consistent with family or trust-related transfers. Sales spanned condominium units, single-family homes and one LLC-to-LLC deal, with no single street accounting for more than one transaction.
