The following is a compilation of incidents and arrests recorded in the Wayland Police Department's official public log for the period June 24, 2026. All persons listed are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Domestic violence incidents, sexual assaults, and juvenile matters are excluded per Massachusetts law (G.L. c. 41, section 98F).
Wednesday, Feb. 12, 4:22 p.m. — Disturbance: A hostile individual refusing to leave a business at the 10 block of Green Way was escorted off the property.
Wednesday, Feb. 12, 9:12 p.m. — Vandalism/Property Damage: A resident of Highland Circle reported damage to her mailbox.
Thursday, Feb. 13, 9:47 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash: A two-vehicle crash occurred at St. Zepherin Church on the 99 block of Main Street; no injuries were reported.
Thursday, Feb. 13, 10:33 p.m. — Road Hazard: A tree was reported and cleared from the roadway at Five Paths (Routes 126 and 27).
Friday, Feb. 14, 5:01 p.m. — Arrest: Police stopped a vehicle on Concord Road. Stalin Villar, 26, of Ipswich, was charged with driving an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
Saturday, Feb. 15, 10:52 a.m. — Road Hazard: Electric wires were reported down on Pelham Island Road.
Saturday, Feb. 15, 3:46 p.m. — Theft: A person reported a stolen cell phone at the Public Safety Building; the phone was recovered nearby approximately two hours later.
Saturday, Feb. 15, 10:06 p.m. — Arrest: Circumstances not specified in the log. Michelle Kerr, 37, of Framingham, was charged with Operating Under the Influence of a controlled substance (second offense), possession of an open container of alcohol, and a marked lanes violation.
Sunday, Feb. 16, 1:28 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash: A two-car crash on East Plain Street left one party unresponsive; that individual was transported to Newton-Wellesley Hospital.
Sunday, Feb. 16, 2:58 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash: A single-car crash on Boston Post Road (Route 20) resulted in airbag deployment; no injuries were reported.
Sunday, Feb. 16, 6:45 a.m. — Infrastructure Damage: A stoplight at the Main Street and West Plain Street intersection was reportedly struck by a Department of Public Works vehicle.
Monday, Feb. 17, 1:43–3:13 p.m. — Storm-Related Hazards: Downed wires on Main Street, a tree down pulling power lines into the road on Loker Street, and a tree that fell on a home on Plain Road — damaging the roof — were reported across a roughly 90-minute window amid weather-driven conditions; utilities and building inspectors responded.
Monday, Feb. 17, 7:14 p.m. — Road Hazard: A caller reported two flat tires sustained from a pothole on Commonwealth Road (Route 30).
Tuesday, Feb. 18, 7:14 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Stop: A vehicle stopped at the Weston town line on Boston Post Road (Route 20) was found to have revoked registration plates; a tow was requested.
