Design Review board approves revised November minutes, 3-0

WAYLAND — December 16, 2025 — Wayland's Design Review Advisory Board approved its November minutes 3-0 in a half-hour December session. Chair William Sterling opened the Dec. 16 meeting at 7:27 p.m. with members Robin Borgestedt and Tatiana Person present and the November minutes the only item on the agenda. Sterling told the board he had circulated a revised draft inserting comments he and Person made about a Coptic church proposal before Borgestedt's motion at the earlier meeting, saying it was "more useful to have those comments as well" because the minutes go to the Planning Board. Borgestedt said she had reviewed the revision and found it fine, then moved approval; Person seconded. The board adjourned immediately after the vote.
