Design Review board approves Aug. 28 minutes in two-minute meeting

WAYLAND — September 5, 2023 — Wayland's Design Review Advisory Board met for two minutes and adjourned with nothing on its docket. Chair William Sterling opened the Sept. 5 Zoom session at 6:34 p.m., noted no public comment, and moved approval of notes from the board's Aug. 28 meeting. The board voted 3-0 to approve the minutes, then 3-0 to adjourn at 6:36 p.m. Sterling told members the board would not need to schedule another meeting "until we have another case." No applications are currently pending before the board.
